This 25000mAh 450Wh/kg drone solid-state battery features a high gravimetric energy density of 450Wh/kg and a large capacity of 25000mAh, built with anode-free lithium metal solid-state cells specifically for drone applications. Boasting a lightweight design of only 200g and a volumetric energy density of 1300Wh/L, it greatly enhances the endurance and load capacity of drones. With a nominal voltage of 3.8V and a charge cut-off voltage of 4.3V, it supports 30-minute fast charging and adopts an efficient charge-discharge scheme of constant current charging to 4.3V at 0.2C. Adapted to all working conditions of RC model drones, it operates stably at a wide temperature range from -25°C to 55°C with reliable discharge performance even in extreme environments.
This 25000mAh 450Wh/kg drone solid-state battery delivers excellent rate discharge and cycle performance. At room temperature, it maintains 94% capacity retention at 1C discharge and still 80% at 4C discharge. In high and low temperature environments, it retains 80% capacity at -20°C and even up to 103% at 45°C under 0.2C discharge, with outstanding capacity retention after full charge cycles. The battery features low self-discharge rate, holding 96% capacity after 28 days of storage at 25°C and 90% at 45°C, with a capacity recovery rate of 98% in both conditions. It also supports customized terminal heads such as XT60 and XT90 as well as personalized packaging adjustments, and the cells comply with UN3480 standards, providing a highly reliable and adaptable power solution for drone outdoor operations, industrial inspections and other scenarios.
