Payment Policy
1. Supported Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through PayPal, a secure and trusted global payment gateway. Through PayPal, you can use:
PayPal Balance
Credit/Debit Cards: Including Visa, Mastercard.
Note: You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase when using a credit or debit card via our secure checkout.
We are currently working on integrating Apple Pay and Google Pay to provide more flexibility. Stay tuned!
2. Payment Security
Your financial security is our top priority. All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and processed through PayPal’s secure servers. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
3. Order Authorization & Timeout
To ensure product availability, please complete your payment within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If payment is not confirmed within this window, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the items will be released back into our inventory.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Original Account Only: For your security, all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used. We cannot issue refunds to a different bank account or card.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
5. Currency & Taxes
All transactions are processed in USD. If you are paying in a different currency, your bank may apply exchange rate fees. Please check with your provider for details.
