However, product designs and specifications may change without notice. All products comply with relevant international safety standards (e.g., UN38.3, IEC 62133, RoHS).
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed via email.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods.
- Prices are listed in your selected currency but may vary due to exchange rates.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

- Important: Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods. Customs clearance, airline restrictions, or local regulations may cause delays or refusal of entry. Customers are responsible for verifying import compliance in their country.
6. Returns & Refunds

- Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Customized products (e.g., branded BMS, custom battery packs) are non-refundable.
- EU customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
7. Safety & User Responsibility
Lithium batteries can pose fire or explosion risks if mishandled. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Use products only as intended and per provided instructions.
- Not disassemble, short-circuit, incinerate, or expose to high temperatures.
- Comply with local laws for battery storage, use, and disposal.
- We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties may submit to arbitration in Changsha, Hunan Province.
